THINGS YOU CAN DO DURING LOCKDOWN // TIPS & IDEAS

HELLO FRIENDS;

 My name is Ege and I am blogging for the first time of my life. I hope you all are doing well with some harsh conditions due to the global pandemic "coronavirus."  

MAIN FACTS & MY EXPERIENCES:

During this quarantine and lockdown, we all started to see the significant change in our life and other people's lives. It made us understand the importance of health could be more important than money, wealth, people's opinion about us and things that would take really much time to count. 

First, the schools tried to adapt themselves to the digital world with "Zoom", "Skype" and "Google Meet", then we started to be afraid of getting close with other people and it made us forget about the most important ability of humankind, "communication."

 Many people, including me, started to have problems with their eyes because of the bad effects of electronic devices and we forget to get socialize with our friends and family members, maybe you couldn't meet with your best friend who lives in another city that you normally meet and have fun with every summer.

Even though to all of this, we can't ignore that coronavirus made us find new ways to find the true essence of ourselves. I can say that we all get bored from this and tried new things in our life that we never had time to try or have courage to make it real, including for me to have enough courage to write my first blog and to have connection with my readers.


START YOUR OWN BUSINESS & E-COMMERCE:

According to some informations, Jeff Bezos just earned 2.000.000.000 dollars only in a normal day (24h) after outbreak, with this achievement it made us realize the importance of e-commerce, many e-commerce websites like "Amazon, AliExpress, Ebay and Walmart" had risen their values to huge amounts and it pushed some people into create their own businesses. Maybe you also can start doing your own business soon, who knows?





START YOGA & MEDITATION:

Yoga and meditation are one of a few things that can make you build the connection between your body and inner peace. Did lockdown caused you to have stress or anxiety? If your answer is yes?

Let's talk about some important yoga & meditation's benefits:

  • Helps you focus on your daily tasks
  • Makes you happier
  • Relaxes your system 
  • Gives you inner strength and health mind
  • Make you forget about your stress, anxiety and past problems





10 THINGS YOU CAN DO EASILY DURING QUARANTINE:

Due to the coronavirus, we realized that we have really much time we are wasting it for nothing. There some things that you can do in your leisure time;
  • Spend your time with your family and play board games.
  • Make researches about the topics that you wondered for a long time and find the truth.
  • Read book or listen podcasts
  • Go for a walk and do exercises regularly to stay fit in quarantine
  • Revise your lessons and papers
  • Make DIY (do it yourself) stuffs and you can sell them for your pocket money
  • Do not forget street animals and give them a cup of food and water
  • Change the furnitures in your room or paint them 
  • Learn how to play an instrument 
  • Create a little farm in your garden or balcony and take care of your plants
